AppGalaxyHub is an AppGalaxyHub.org property operated by Gökhan for the purpose of distributing verified Android applications. This policy explains how we process personal data when you browse our site or download our APK files.
2. Data we process
- Technical telemetry: We store anonymised HTTP access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for 14 days to detect abuse.
- Download events: When you download an APK we increment anonymous counters to monitor CDN availability.
- Voluntary contact: If you email info@appgalaxyhub.org we retain the message for support purposes.
No marketing cookies, behavioural trackers, or third-party SDKs run on this site.
3. Legal bases
We rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to operate secure downloads and on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) whenever you proactively contact us.
4. Retention & security
Access logs are deleted after 14 days. Support emails are archived for up to 12 months unless you ask for earlier deletion. APK files are hashed, signed, and mirrored on EU servers with encryption at rest.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or data portability. To exercise these rights contact us via privacy@appgalaxyhub.org. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6. NailStyle specific notices
- Camera access: Required locally for augmented reality try-on. Video never leaves your device.
- Style sync: Optional cloud sync uses anonymised device IDs stored for seven days.
7. BrainWave specific notices
- Audio access: Needed to mix binaural beats with local audio. No recordings are uploaded.
- Session notes: If you enable journal backup, encrypted notes are stored on EU servers for 30 days.
